Purpose
Drive recruitment and selection for all categories of employees
Maintain Organogram charts and establishment figures periodically
Generate recruitment reports and co-ordinate preparation of HR monthly reports as required
Conduct reference checks and credential verification for employees as at and when due
Review HR policies, procedures and process flows
Qualification
First degree
Associate member of CIPM
Minimum of 5 years’ experience in recruitment
Organised and results-oriented with good interpersonal skills
A team player that works well under pressure
Able to manage time efficiently
Good communication skills;
Must exhibit creativity and take initiative
