Qualification
B.Sc/M.Sc in Chemistry/Production Engineering
Minimum of 5 years cognate experience in a variety of production roles in reputable FMCG companies
Good supervisory and man-management skills
Ability to plan and think ahead as well as monitor and act upon the system to improve results
