Bids and Tenders Manager,Okija,Nestoil Plc
Nestoil Plc was incorporated in Nigeria in 1991 for the provision of Engineering, Procurement and Construction (EPC) services to the energy and oil & gas industry. Since then, Nestoil has grown to become the leading indigenous EPC provider for major IOCs (International Oil Companies) in Sub-Saharan Africa like National Petroleum Company (NNPC) Shell, Exxon Mobil, Chevron, Total, etc.
The Bids and Tenders manager prepares and submit Qualitative Prequalification, Technical and Commercial Tenders for the Company.
Representation of Company in deliberations, Seminars and exhibitions.
This role also plan, direct, supervises and control the Business Development Department and Staff.
Liasion with other Nestoil Offices and other Departments.
Liasion with Subcontractors / jiont bidders.
Liasion with Client / public Relations.
Manage the day to day administrative operations of the department
Ensure proper delegation of duties and functions to other members of the department
Facilitate preparation and delivery of competitive bids and tenders
Facilitate preparation of Company promotional slogan, leaflets and profiles
Represent Company in deliberations with Clients, Government Agencies and Subcontractors.
Bsc. Business Administration Advance Business Management required.
3-5 years of bids and tenders management or supervisory experience.
Quality management system skills.
Team player with excellent personnel management and supervisory skills.
Strong communications skills to work across departments and with various levels of management.
General computer skills (Use of Engineering Software) including the ability to learn inventory systems
Leadership and organizational skills
Good judgment and decision-making abilities.
Journey Management /Project Management.
Costing and Estimation.
