Brawal Shipping (Nigeria) Limited is a ship Agency outfit which renders ship husbandry services to vessels owned by our Group of companies as well as other principals. The company, Brawal Shipping (Nigeria) Limited, has offices in Lagos, Warri and Port Harcourt(Onne) and operates Terminals in those parts.
Purpose
The ideal candidate shall be a vibrant young man who is adept at business strategy and ideas generation.
He will report to the Head Office and will have responsibility for operations, management and Human Resource at the Branch level.
Review and implement new operational systems processes and procedures that will optimize service delivery
Develop and implement a comprehensive monitoring control end reporting systems
Monitor staff performance and implement effective administrative systems etc
Experience in shipping/logistics will be added advantage
Qualification
A good first degree in Business Administration economics or any social sciences from a reputable institution
A minimum of 3 years in a similar capacity
Leadership, communication negotiation and people skills
Strong ethics and integrity
