Purpose
Day to day you’ll be running the website in terms of development and optimization, leading the external web development team to keep the site fresh and innovative.
You will also head all online acquisition including PPC, SEO and their Affiliate programme. Then there’s the reporting side, you will also be pulling together regular reports and insight on traffic and conversions to continually improve CPA. You will manage the external agencies and internally will be the lead on all thing digital marketing.
Qualification
Well the successful candidate will be a proven Brand and Marketing Manager who has developed digital marketing strategies on an ecommerce website. You will be highly analytical, with hands on knowledge of PPC, SEO and Affiliate Marketing as well as Web Management. You will have experience of Google Analytics and ideally some HTML.
