Emerging Markets Telecommunication Services (EMTS), trading as Etisalat, is a Nigerian company duly incorporated under the laws of Nigeria in partnership with Mubadala Development Company and Etisalat of the United Arab Emirates. Incorporated in Nigeria as a private company, it acquired the Unified Access License from the Federal Government in January 2007. The license includes a mobile license and spectrum in the GSM 1800 and 900 MHz bands. Etisalat acquired a 40% stake in EMTS and is now the operator of the Unified Access License.
Etisalat has been the telecommunications service provider in the United Arab Emirates since 1976 and has footprints in 18 countries traversing the Middle East, Asia and Africa. Purpose

Manage selling and customer service activities in assigned Experience Centre and train Retail Advisors on service delivery procedures to optimize and sustain sales performance, profitability and customer satisfaction
Initiate and manage relationships with internal and external customers
Ensure resolution of customer queries/ complaints received at Experience Centres and implement measures aimed at guaranteeing optimal customer satisfaction
Liaise with the Distribution team to ensure maintenance of optimal stock levels in assigned Experience Centre
Handle administrative duties in assigned Experience Centre and escalate issues to relevant units/ departments where necessary
Facilitate the provision of after-sales support to customers
Facilitate the conduct of periodic stock counts and perform spot checks to ensure minimal occurrence of stock losses
Ensure proper maintenance of all equipment and fixtures in assigned Experience Centre
Ensure compliance with all health, safety, security and emergency policies and procedures
Liaise with relevant personnel to facilitate trainings for Retail Advisors in assigned Experience Centre as required
Attend team/ divisional/ departmental meetings as required
Provide guidance and manage the performance of subordinates
Prepare/ compile agreed periodic activity and performance reports for the attention of the Manager-Regional Retail Sales
Perform any other duties as assigned by the Manager-Regional Retail Sales

Qualification

First degree or equivalent in any discipline

Experience,Skills & Competencies
Between three (3) and five (5) years directly relevant post-NYSC work experience, preferably in a service environment

Works with ASM and Training Dept and HR to build personal sales capability
Responsible for ensuring the retail redistribution standards are adhered to by distributors and VSMs.
Ensures at a minimum, once a quarter reviews of VSM routes, and inclusion of new outlets.

Qualification

Graduate calibre with maximum of 3 years experience gained across Sales / Consumer Marketing or Sales Management.
Candidate must possess a strong passion for the job and be ready to work late hours.(A key requirement for the role)
Good communication skills –written and verbal
Good IT skills
High degree of integrity
Geographically mobile (May be posted to any part of the country).
Experienced driver with a valid license (this is a key requirement)

Purpose

Use of Empties Receipts Vouchers (ERVs) From the Shipping to authorize loading using the Loading Advice
Raise waybills and gate pass; ensuring that they are properly signed before
loading is completed
Daily summary of receipts
Daily dispatches and pending orders
Daily update of individual customer’s ledger
Perform any other duty as may be assigned by the Area Sales Manager

Qualification

Minimum of B.Sc degree (low division) or HND (upper credit) in Business Administration or related discipline
At least 2 to 5 years experience in a similar position in the Food and Beverage industry
