Purpose

Attending to customers over the phone
Providing information and resolving customers’ issues
Escalating customers’ queries to appropriate units for prompt resolutions
Capturing customers’ details on the system

Qualification

BSc or HND in any field
Must have completed the National Youth Service Corps Programme.
Not more than 30 years of age
Excellent spoken English
Fluency in Hausa Language
Good communication skills.
Excellent interpersonal relations and attitude
Friendly disposition, charming character and admirable personality
Must be computer literate

We are situated 5 kilometers away from Makurdi, along Gboko Road.We are looking For Focused and determined individuals who meet the requirements given below For the position of Sales Office Officer.

Purpose

The successful candidate will report to the Area Sales Manager and will be responsible for the following:
Collection of Stock position on a daily basis before and loading is done in order to plan for the day’s dispatch
Use of Empties Receipts Vouchers (ERVs) From the Shipping to authorize loading using the Loading Advice
Raise waybills and gate pass; ensuring that they are properly signed before
loading is completed
Daily summary of receipts
Daily dispatches and pending orders
Daily update of individual customer’s ledger
Perform any other duty as may be assigned by the Area Sales Manager

Qualification

Minimum of B.Sc degree (low division) or HND (upper credit) in Business Administration or related discipline
At least 2 to 5 years experience in a similar position in the Food and Beverage industry
Evidence of having participated in the NYSC Scheme or Exemption.
Not more than 30 years as at 1st January, 2012
Must be articulate in English Language
Must be goal oriented and have excellent knowledge of customer service
Must be computer literate and knowledgeable in MS Office suite
Must have strong analytical and business skills
Strong understanding of customer relations and market dynamics
Good quantitative skills
Willingness to work in any of the locations in Nigeria where we have operations

Direct experience of selling with a focus on sales driver execution at the point of purchase, outlet segmentation and managing relationships including structured call, persuasive selling and brand passion.

Geographically mobile
