Purpose

Responsible for the safe operation and first line maintenance of the FPSO workboat
In charge workboat during its operation.
Ensure crew of workboat are trained in the safe operation of there duties while in the workboat
Act as PIC of lifeboats during drills and emergency situations
Support deck foreman and riggers in FPSO deck logistics operations such as loading and stowing cargo
Support deck foreman and riggers in FPSO first line deck maintenance
Support deck foreman and riggers in helicopter operations

Qualification

Coxswains or small boat certification required.

Purpose

Within the framework of the DW stock management team, the Service holder performs and/or controls all the material master data within Company’s data system, and keeps clear records and documentation related to this activity, under the supervision of the Stock Management Superintendent. Modify, Update and change material master records.
Liaise and follow-up with user departments, purchasing and vendors for clarifications, modifications and updating of materials data in the system based on the evolving product changes.
Liaise and follow-up with Project teams to ensure that project materials are entered into the system to facilitate reception of material and payment.
Assist the technical logistics department on the reception of stock materials by resolving material data description and update master data.
Schedule changes to a material master record.
Mass maintain and clean material master data based on general parameter.
Monitor change documents and changes made in master data.
Flag material records for deletion after scrapping and obsolete cases and using a proposal list.
Liaise with user and report on duplicate, obsolete materials, harmonising and flagging for deletion after scrapping by technical logistics.

Qualification

University degree and a minimum of 3 years experience in the Oil and Gas industry, including knowledge of Drilling, Field operations, Maintenance, Logistics and Procurement activities.
Experience with SAP / Materials Management (MM module) appreciated, Excel, Word.
Perfect command of written and spoken English.
French spoken is appreciated

Purpose

Functionally reports to Design Supervisor and performs activities with Process Advisor support and direction. In the role of LDE, works with PE (Project Engineer) to define design objectives in order to align contractor and design team activities to meet project goals.
Applies sound technical and engineering knowledge and best practices to project teams in compliance with approved COMPANY standards and specifications. Prepares documents required to incorporate changes or deviations to design practices and standards (GP) and the PDB (Project Design Basis) per Projects’ change management procedures (Project Change Notice). In the role of LDE, logs each proposed change / deviation and coordinates the review and approval process.
Directly accountable for the quality of the design product within the process discipline area. Monitors design consultant’s engineering work quality. Ensures design consultants are familiar with, and utilize, COMPANY standards, specifications and practices. Reviews design packages from inception to start-up per COMPANY Spec requirements. Participates in project milestone drawing reviews, process hazard assessments (HAZOP’s, etc.), design assessments, constructability reviews, etc.
In the role of LDE, leads development of contractor’s design review packages, coordinates the meetings, stewards the review process and ensures the response to the contractor is coordinated and clearly communicated then appropriately stewarded through close-out.
Defines requirements, evaluates alternatives and recommends solutions for technical issues within his discipline area.
Reviews design philosophies with Process Advisors. In the role of LDE, reviews with, and gains endorsement of, design philosophies with discipline engineers, advisors, PT as well as other affected groups within COMPANY.
Identifies, defines, obtains endorsement, and recommends the application of new technologies for specific designs.
Interfaces with other members of the DES group to provide a multi-disciplined approach to project design.

Qualification

Holds a recognized technical degree at a B.S. level
Exhibits strength in Process/ Chemical engineering area
5 year related engineering experience in oil & gas industry design, project management
Fluency in written and spoken English.

Purpose

To provide diving and ROV technical advice and guidance to COMPANY and the line in order to ensure the safety of COMPANY’s Corporate Diving and maintenance intervention activities. To ensure that diving and ROV contractors adopt and implement COMPANY HSE policies and initiatives, and their operations standards comply with Shell group, OPG, IMCA guidance notes and National Regulations for underwater service contractors.

Qualification

The Corporate diving advisor will have an AODC/IMCA Air/Bell Diving Supervisors recognised diving qualification and have extensive offshore and marine / diving operations management experience. He will have been a senior diving supervisor or superintendent, have experience as working as a diving CSR for a major oil/gas company and will be fully familiar with the Shell group requirements, OPG, IMCA and National diving legislation and their interpretation.
He shall be able to solve imaginatively, common technical / operational problems in the area of expertise, and able to guide and advise others in technical / operational aspects of the areas of expertise.
Able to diagnose and resolve significant, unusual problems and to successfully adapt aspects of an area of expertise
Able to creatively solve significant, complex, non-routine problems in the area of expertise, and
Able to adapt practices from other markets or countries for use in the area of expertise, and

Purpose

Responsible for the review and the approval of the various commissioning preparation tasks to be performed by the Contractor : work repartition , priorities, resources, schedule, coordination of the preparation team.
Review and approve the commissioning management procedures (hand over, interfaces, punch list, internal organisation).
Review and approve the commissioning dossiers prepared by the Contractor (including database populating and operational test procedures writing).
Coordinate activities of the Company commissioning supervision team (system engineers, discipline supervisors, planning / punch list controller).
Identify and address all interface issues with other project packages with respect to commissioning.
Prepare overall commissioning plan.
Responsible for the overall safety of commissioning activities.
Responsible for witnessing and monitoring the precommissioning activities performed by the Contractor.
Countersign all precommissioning dossiers at Ready For Commissioning (RFC) status.
Control all commissioning activities performed by the Contractor.
Check progress against planning and recommend any necessary corrective actions, close follow up on punch list.
Ensure correct reporting of commissioning activities in time frame.
Report immediately any unexpected events which may affect the commissioning of the plant or the start up
Review and approve the commissioning dossiers after completion of commissioning activities and sign the Ready For Start Up and hand over certificates

Qualification

Education : Engineer
Professional experience : 8 to 10 years of experience in a lead commissioning role. Previous work experience in FSO/FPSO is a plus. Familiar with Company Opercom methodology, fluency in English, strong management and communications skills
Formal qualifications waived in lieu of proven campaign experience.
Good knowledge of MS Office tools.

Purpose

Our client requires an Installation Workover Controls Systems Design Engineer in Nigeria on a rotational basis.
The position is working on a major FEED project and this role will lead the package in Country.

Qualification

Candidates should have experience in IWOCS design, and industry experience that pertains to either Manufacturing, Oil and Controls.
Candidates should have an understanding of Reelers, HPU’s, Controls, Umbilicals, Valve requirements and system design.
Candidates should also have excellent English communication skills, with French being advantageous. A high level of organisational and technical skills are also required, although this role will be supported. Candidates should also ideally be familiar with MS Office, Project, P6 and AutoCAD.
